HC Deb 28 June 1905 vol 148 c377
MR. BRYNMOR JONES (Swansea District)

I beg to ask the hon. Member for Chorley, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether, seeing that the road within Hyde Park from Hyde Park Corner to the Marble Arch is wider than the rest of the roadways in Hyde Park, he will recommend that motor-cars, not used for purposes of trade, may be allowed within the now prohibited hours in the afternoon to proceed along the road in the Park from Hyde Park Corner to the Marble Arch, and vice versa.

LORD BALCARRES

The First Commissioner regrets that he is unable to make the alteration suggested.
