To ask the President of the Local Government Board whether, in view of the fact that the water about to be supplied by the Ilfracombe Urban District Council to Woolacombe is taken from Exmoor, and has been passed as perfectly satisfactory by every medical man who has analysed it, he will say if the Local Government Board have sanctioned the borrowing of the money necessary for the supply of this water. † See (4) Debates, cxlvii., 221.
