§ SIR THOMAS DEWAR (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)To ask the Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will state whether any and, if any, how many British firms are included in the order of the Japanese authorities that European and American firms still established in Port Arthur are to depart and remove their merchandise.
