HARMOOD-BANNER (Liverpool, Everton)To ask Mr. Attorney-General whether, in the event of County Courts (No. 2) Bill becoming law, and powers of ordering summary judgment being conferred by Rules of County Courts, similar powers of ordering summary judgment will be sanctioned for the Liverpool Court of Passage; and whether suggested Rules to that effect have been drawn up accordingly.
