§ SIR CHARLES DILKETo ask the Secretary of State for India at what stations it is proposed to expend the ten lakhs on extra land for troops, additional to the twenty-two lakhs for barracks and the seven lakhs for hutting taken in the Budget in connection with Lord Kitchener's redistribution scheme.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) The Government of India have recently that no details of this expenditure can be furnished, as the programme of redistribution has not yet been finally determined on.
