To ask the Secretary of State for War why the Annual Report on Recruiting does not now specify, as in previous years, the causes of rejection; and will he state in what publication the causes of rejection can be found.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Arnold-Forster.) The detailed causes of rejection will be found in the Army Medical Annual Report. The Report for 1903 was presented to the House last month, and copies will shortly be in the hands of Members.
