VINCENT KENNEDYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether Private Terence Dolan, No. 3654, of the Royal Irish Rifles, is entitled to a retiring allowance; and whether, in view of the fact that this man has had twelve and a quarter years service, he will have a special inquiry made into the circumstances of his case.
