DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state how many cases of coining or uttering base coin were brought to the knowledge of the police in Ireland during the past twelve months; how many of these cases were in Ulster; and how many of these in Belfast.
