HC Deb 18 July 1905 vol 149 cc1076-7
MR. LOUGH

Having regard to the fact that the Supply of Electricity Bill is urgently needed, may I ask if the Government intend to take it up?

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

MR. LOUGH

MR. A. J. BALFOUR
