I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he is a were that the postal officials in Castlerea refused, on June 26th, to cash a postal order presented by Mr. Tomas O'Heidhin because he signed his name in Irish and in Irish characters; that they also refused, on the same date, to issue a money order for £5 to him, because he refused to sign the application form otherwise than Tomas O'Heidhin; whether his attention has been drawn to the matter already; and whether, in view of the fac that Mr. O'Heidhin haft been for the past eight months teacher of Irish in the parish and is well known to the postal officials, he will issue instructions to this post office to cash the postal order when next presented by Mr. O'Heidhin.
