To ask the Secretary of State for War whether the electric lighting stations at Aldershot camp and Tidworth are to be proceeded with; and, if so, when; or whether the staff of electrical engineers who have been engaged on these works is to be dispersed.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Arnold-Forster.) The completion of the electric lighting station at Aldershot and the erection of a generating station at Tidworth are provided for under the Military Works Loan, and will be proceeded with as soon as funds are available. The question of staff will be considered when he work is taken in hand.
