§ MR. JOSEPH WALTONTo ask the President of the Local Government Board whether the Board propose to issue an Order under paragraph 19 of the Second Schedule to the Education Act, 1902, to deal with the question of the superannuation allowance payable to Poor Law officers under the Poor Law Officers Superannuation Act, 1896, who are transferred by the Education Act to any council; and, if so, when such Order will be issued.
