§ MR. LUNDONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, can he say whether the Estates Commissioners have received any communications in regard to the purchase by them of the untenanted lands in Carmane Fedamore, county Limerick, from any person connected with the Messrs. Synan, the owners of the property, from the receiver, or from any one of the mortgagees, so that the Estates Commissioners might purchase those lands and divide them among the inhabitants of this congested district.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Estates Commissioners understand that the solicitors having carriage of this property hope to be able to arrange for its sale.
