To ask the Secretary to the Treasury what has been the expenditure for each year since 1895 on military and naval works and barracks from Votes on Supply, under the Naval or Military Works Act, Barracks Act, or other sources, in each of the following Colonies: Halifax, Bermuda, Jamaica, St. Lucia, and other West Indian Colonies.
