§ MR. J. P. FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the name or 614 names of the officials of the Local Government Board for Ireland at whose suggestion the Public Accounts Order, 1899, has been abrogated and a new series of forms of account for county, district, and urban councils set up; whether he is aware that the proposed new machinery will entail extra labour on local clerks and officials, and has been objected to as costly and unnecessary by the county councils in Ireland; and, if so, is it intended to enforce this new Order?
