JAMES O"CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Department of Agriculture have had under investigation the character of the diseases which have destroyed large flocks of sheep in county Wicklow; whether they have arrived at any satisfactory results; and, if so, whether the Department will issue instructions to farmers for the treatment of sheep affected by these diseases.
