To ask the Secretary of State for India, regarding the case of Mr. Bal Gangadhar Tilak, will he state whether the report of Mr. Brewin, the investigating officer, was favourable to Mr. Tilak; and would he place upon the Table the Government"s orders upon the report, together with the report.
