DELANYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord - Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will explain why an application for a gun licence forwarded by Mr. James Flynn, D.C., Gosbrook, Mountrath, Queen's County, to Mr. Vesey Fitzgerald, R.M., and accompanied by a certificate signed by ten local magistates testifying to the character of the applicant, has been refused.
