§ MR. NOEL BUXTONTo ask the Under - Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Finance Commission for Macedonia will have power to secure the dismissal of corrupt officials.
(Answered by Earl Percy.) As I informed the hon. Member for Chester on the 25th July†, the Finance Commission will be empowered to deal with all matters affecting the financial administration of the vilayets. Corruption among officials is manifestly incompatible with efficiency of administration.
