FLAVINI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can now state whether the sale of Lord Listowel's estate in North Kerry has yet been sanctioned by the Estates Commissioners; and whether he can state what action have the Estates Commissioners taken in connection with the applications of cottiers and other small tenants on the estate who have applied for a division of the grazing lands, so as to enlarge their uneconomic holdings, in Pilgrim Hill and other districts.
