§ MR. MACVEAGHI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been called to a speech delivered at an Orange meeting on July 12th by Dr. McMaster, of Broughshane, county Antrim; and, seeing that McMaster is a dispensary doctor, whether the attention of the Local Government Board will be directed to the matter.
§ MR. WALTER LONGThe Board's regulations do not prohibit a dispensary medical officer from addressing meetings so long as his attendance at such meetings does not interfere with the performance of his official duties. It is not alleged that such was the case in the present instance.
