LIEUT. - COLONEL PRYCE - JOKES (Montgomery Boroughs)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether his attention has been called to the recently published report of the medical officer of health for Liverpool upon smallpox hospitals, in which this officer rejects the conclusions arrived at by the Local Government Board's inspector, Dr. Reece, that smallpox has been spread by means of these hospitals; and whether, in view of the importance of the question, the Local Government Board proposes to issue any further report or observations on the subject of the Liverpool smallpox hospitals.
