§ MR. WOLFF (Belfast, E.)said that since this matter was last before the House the difference which existed between the promoters of the Bill and the Urban Council of Portadown had been settled. It had been arranged to omit Sub-sections 2 and 3 of Clause 33, and he moved to amend the proposed Instruction accordingly.

§ MR. LONSDALE (Armagh, Mid.)said that as the Amendment of his hon. friend practically conceded all that those whom he represented in the matter required, he had no objection to the proposal.
