HC Deb 13 April 1905 vol 145 c187

Order for resuming adjourned debate on Question [24th March], "That the Bill be now read a second time," read.

MR CHANNING (Northamptonshire, E.)

asked leave to withdraw the measure. On account of an error of the Public Bill Office and the printers, certain Amendments had been omitted, and he was advised that the proper course to take was to withdraw the Bill and reintroduce it with the Amendments.

Bill, by leave, withdrawn.
