I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he has yet caused any memorial to be prepared for the formation of a drainage board for the district of Cam and Clonwhelan, in which periodic floodings occur owing to the overflow of the River Riffey; and, if not, can he indicate the nature of the steps which should now be taken to get this board set up.
