HC Deb 11 April 1905 vol 144 cc1255-6
MR. J. H. LEWIS (Flint Boroughs)

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty what are the percentage terms upon which the "Boadicea" is being broken up.

(Answered by Mr. Pretyman.) The terms are that the Admiralty will receive the reserve price placed upon the sale of this ship as a minimum, and, in addition, a percentage upon any sum realised above this reserve. It is not desirable to state what this percentage rate is.
