MR. LAMONT (Buteshire)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been directed to the need of an improved mail service at Millport and at Kilchattan Bay; and whether he will consider the advisability of an early morning delivery and departure viâ Fairlie, to continue throughout the year.
