§ MR. DILLONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will lay upon the Table the instructions issued by the Estates Commissioners for the guidance of their inspectors, dated February, 1904.

§ MR. JOHN MORLEY (Montrose Burghs)asked whether it was not the intention that all these regulations should be brought under the cognisance of the House.
§ MR. WALTER LONGsaid he had no desire to do other than carry out the pledges of his predecessor.
§ MR. DILLONI shall certainly press for the publication of these regulations.
