§ MR. SLOANI beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the comparatively small cost of sending a supplementary mail bag from Belfast via Greenore to London and the expressed desire of the railway companies to give facilities for such a service, he will make further inquiries into the matter with the view of complying with this demand.
LORD STANLEYAs I have already informed the hon. Member, I am endeavouring to arrange for an improvement of the present mail service from Belfast to England by way of Larne, and I do not consider it worth while to take up the question of using the Greenore route unless an acceleration of the Larne service proves to be impracticable.
