§ MR. HAYDEN (Roscommon, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any negotiations are taking place between the Estates Commissioners and the Rev. R. Barmingham as to the estate of the latter in Roscommon; if so, how far these negotiations have proceeded; and whether, in view of the fact that there is a quantity of untenanted land on the estate, the proceedings for its acquisition will be expedited as much as possible.
