Member for Chorley, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether the premises occupied by the Solar Physics Committee at South Kensington are well adapted for their purpose; and whether the First Commissioner of Works could find at Richmond or at Kew a more suitable site for an observatory.
§ (Answered by Lord Balcarres.) This is a matter which concerns the Board of Education rather than the Office of Works. It is premature at this time for the First Commissioner to consider the question of a new site, in case such should be thought necessary.
