O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state what reply did the Commissioners of National Education in Ireland give on December 8th, 1903, to the application of the manager of the Kilmeedy, county Limerick, Schools, for a grant-in-aid to build new schools there.
