§ MR. O'DOWDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the question of the reinstatement of John Quinn, an evicted tenant on the Core Booth Estate, situate in Lavagh, Tubbercurry, county Sligo, and now about to be sold to the tenants under the Act of 1903, has been left for settlement to the Estates Commissioners and the agent of the estate by the present occupier and the evicted tenant with the concurrence of the landlord; and, if so, whether, under the circumstances, and in the interests of the peace of the locality, the Estates Commissioners will be instructed to bring about an immediate settlement of this case.
