HC Deb 04 April 1905 vol 144 cc331-2
MR. CROMBIE (Kincardineshire)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he will lay upon the Table of the House a copy of the resolutions which were originally submitted by the Canadian Ministers to the Colonial Conference of 1902, showing how far these were accepted by the Colonial Secretary.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

The question of what Papers should be laid on the Table in connection with this Conference was very carefully considered at the time with the advice of the Colonial Prime Ministers. I do not think it would be desirable now to reopen the question, and it certainly could not be reopened without consulting those Prime Ministers again.
