MR. O'KELLYTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he is aware that the attention of the Inspector-General of the Royal Irish Constabulary has been called 113 to the presence, after hours, of a constable of the force in the Belmullet district in the licensed premises of a publican at Gortmelia, Belmullet Union, on February 1st, 1904; and whether he can say if the Inspector-General intends to take any action in the matter.
