MR. O'SHA.UGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state what is the cause of delay in the publication of the Return dealing with Labourers' Cottages (Ireland), laid upon the Table of the House on the 28th ultimo.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Irish Government is not answerable for the printing of Parliamentay Papers. I am informed, however, that there has been no avoidable delay in this case, and that the Return will be circulated in a day or two.
