I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the officers of the Foot Guards have been ordered to provide themselves with a new great coat of French grey lined with red; and will he state what was the date of the last change in officers' uniform.

The officers of the Foot Guards have been directed to provide themselves with a new great coat of Atholl grey by 1st June. The last changes in the uniform of Guards' officers were made in February, 1902.
