BOLANDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the repeated promises to effect improvements at Cooscroum, county Kerry, have not yet been carried into effect by the Congested Districts Board; and whether he can now state on what day work will be commenced there.
