HC Deb 03 May 1904 vol 134 c268
CAPTAIN OLIVE (Herefordshire, Ross)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the neglect of certain local authorities to provide children in many elementary public-schools in Wales with adequate means of instruction and necessary comforts, it is the intention of the Government to take the further stages of the Defaulting Authorities Bill as rapidly as possible.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

Yes, sir, I am anxious to get on with this measure as fast as possible.
