LLOYD MORGANI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the debates on the Licensing Bill, he will give directions that the Intoxicating Liquors (Licensing) Bill, which was introduced on the 4th of April, 1871, be reprinted and circulated amongst Members as a Parliamentary Paper.
