HC Deb 02 May 1904 vol 134 cc125-6
MR. LLOYD MORGAN

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the debates on the Licensing Bill, he will give directions that the Intoxicating Liquors (Licensing) Bill, which was introduced on the 4th of April, 1871, be reprinted and circulated amongst Members as a Parliamentary Paper.

The PRIME MINISTER and FIRST LORD of the TREASURY (Mr. A. J. Balfour, Manchester, E.)

I am not aware of anything especially instructive in the Bill to which the hon. Gentleman refers to make it desirable to depart from the ordinary course and to reprint a Bill passed only thirty-five years ago.
