COHEN (Islington, E.)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state the number of licences in each of the counties of England and Wales, and London separately, the renewal of which has been refused by the licensing justices in each of the years 1894 to 1903, and which have been renewed on appeal to quarter sessions.
