WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland, having regard to the fact that the fishing industry is hampered owing to the through rates charged for the carriage of fish from the North of Scotland to the southern markets, will he consider the expediency of addressing a circular letter to the various railway companies concerned with a view to secure a reduction in their charges.
