GILHOOLY (Cork County, W.)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether, at the sale of a congested estate (under the Land Purchase Act of 1903), an inspection may be dispensed with if the price be within the zones and the estate purchased by the tenants directly from the landlord; and whether the term congested estate includes any estate within a scheduled area.
