HC Deb 25 March 1904 vol 132 c746
MR. SLOAN

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware of the delay that has taken place in fixing the price to be paid by the Lisburn Rural District Council for the site of a labourer's cottage sanctioned by the Privy Council; and if he will instruct the Local Government Board to fix the price by arbitration according to law.

(Answered by Mr Wyndham.) I am informed that as the result of negotiations between the council and the parties interested the matter has now been settled by agreement.
