§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. WALTER LONG,) Bristol, S.The Returns made to me show the number of certificates of conscientious objection received by the vaccination officers during each year, and this number may be taken as substantially agreeing with the number granted during the year. The Returns for the year 1903 are not quite complete, but the number of certificates of the kind referred to received during the year may be stated approximately as 37,200.
