Member for North Longford I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland on what grounds the application of Francis Yorke, of Mullawornia, county Longford, for restoration as an evicted tenant, has been rejected by the Estates Commissioners.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe eviction took place in 1872, and the case, consequently, is outside the scope of Section 2 (d) of the Act of last year.
