BOLAND () Kerry, S.I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether lie is aware that a necessity exists for the construction of a road in the electoral 625 division of Maum, near Killarney; and whether, in view of the fact that in April, 1903, its construction was agreed to by the rural district council, can he say what obstacle prevented its being completed.
