§ MR. WOOD (Down, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if complaint has been made of the destruction of dogs by poisoning in Ballynahinch, county Down; whether any of the offenders have been discovered; and if any and what prosecutions have been instituted.
§ MR. WYNDHAMComplaint has been made. The police have instituted careful inquiries, but have not detected the offenders. The matter is receiving their special attention.
