MAJOR SEELYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will consider the advisability of appointing a small Commission to obtain information as to the use of white labour in gold mines elsewhere than in the Transvaal; and, if not, if he will take steps to obtain this information by some other means.
