§ DR. AMBROSE (Mayo, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, seeing that the inhabitants of the district of Keelogues, near Castlebar, county Mayo, labour under disadvantage owing to its not being a scheduled congested district as specified under the Congested Districts Board (Ireland) Act, while in reality there are several congested villages in it, he will see that it is made a scheduled congested district, thereby enabling them to partake of the benefits of the Act.
§ MR. WYNDHAMNo, Sir, I do not propose to legislate on the lines suggested. Congestion outside the scheduled districts can be dealt with under the Land Acts.
